Astra Polyex Mesh 38 mm fiber is a short synthetic fiber designed to reinforce, improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete. Astra Polyex Mesh is a fiber consisting of a special blend of co-polymer and polypropylene. They create three-dimensional reinforcement that reduces or completely eliminates plastic shrinkage of concrete, is a replacement for reinforcement with steel fibers, lightweight rods and anti-shrinkage meshes, pouring on a soil base, in the production of reinforced concrete, trays, drainage systems, tanks (with drinking water), pools, elements of enclosing structures, shotcrete and other concretes of class B-5 to B-100. Astra Polyex Mesh fibers are used for the production of concrete reinforced with structural fiber, with improved properties compared to concrete reinforced with steel fibers.
