Locking cone to protect the formwork elements from the impact of concrete
The fixing cone is a plug fixed at both ends of the tube, which forms through holes in the concrete for fixing the formwork. These retainers prevent the concrete from entering the tube, which is tightly attached to the formwork surface. The cone clamp is used with perforated PVC pipe d-25 and p/e pipe d-25. The use of cone clamps prevents damage to the tightening screw during the dismantling of the formwork. The main advantage of the cone clamp is its repeated use in the subsequent arrangement of the formwork. It is a protective fastener, which, when used together with a tube, provides protection of formwork elements from the impact of concrete.
The cone clamp is installed on the PVC pipe, increasing the area of contact with the formwork shield - thus making it difficult for concrete to flow into the pipe and concrete to get on the tightening screw.
