Glue one -component Stoneflex Industry High Tack 600 ml

One-component adhesive paste based on MS-Polimer, free of solvents, isocyanates and water. It is a universal product with a wide range of applications. Can be used for sealing.

Scope of application

• For bonding a wide range of building materials to most common surfaces such as: mirrors, concrete, plaster, particleboard
• board, wood, plaster, cement, glass.
• Adhesive system for economical, concealed installation of panels (aluminum composite panels) of ventilated facades.
• Bonding decorative elements made of wood, plaster, chipboard, stone, polystyrene foam.
• Gluing skirting boards, baseboards, thresholds, panels, ceramic tiles.
• Gluing a double-glazed window into a window frame.
• Adhesive joints when installing cargo compartments, vans and trailers.
• Adhesive joints in cars for fastening internal and external elements, as well as for their sealing.
• Adhesive joints in other structures with dynamic loads.

Sealing recommendations

SURFACE PREPARATION

Bonded surfaces must be clean, dry, free from contaminants and substances that reduce adhesion.

PRODUCT PREPARATION

Cut the top of the cartridge and attach the nozzle cut at the appropriate angle. Insert the cartridge into the cartridge gun.

APPLICATION

• Apply glue in strips or dots to the base or material to be glued.
• Then attach and press the surfaces to be glued.
• After application, connect the glued elements, pressing firmly and evenly.
• Adjustment of the position of the glued surfaces is possible within approximately 15 minutes from the moment of gluing.
• The applied glue cannot be applied continuously to the glued surface, since the glue hardens under the influence of moisture contained in the air, as well as in the base.
• Depending on the surfaces to which the element is being glued, it may be necessary to support heavy objects for at least 24 hours.

Technical specifications

All data are based on laboratory tests according to the manufacturer's internal standards and are highly dependent on the product curing conditions (packaging temperature, environment, surface, quality of the equipment used and the qualifications of the person applying the product).

Transportation/Storage

The product can be stored for up to 18 months from the date of production in the original, unopened packaging in a dry place, protected from frost and overheating, at a temperature of +5 °C to +25 °C.

Notes/Limitations

• It is recommended to conduct preliminary adhesion tests before bonding.
• Avoid contact with water until the glue is completely cured.
• Do not use for PE, PP, Teflon.
• When bonding plastics, adhesion tests should always be performed.
