Metropolitan experience: how ARBRIDGE systems are modernizing overpasses in Kyiv using the example of Stepan Bandera Avenue

A striking example of large-scale modernization in conditions of extremely intensive traffic was the repair of overpasses on Stepana Bandera Avenue in Kyiv in 2024. According to statistics, the destruction of the bridge deck most often begins in the zone of expansion joints. This made it possible to avoid a complete closure of the highway — municipal services organized traffic on adjacent lanes, minimizing discomfort for drivers.

2 Colossal endurance: The systems are designed for load classes NK 80 and NK 100. The rubber base effectively absorbs vibrations and dampens the energy of impacts from the wheels of heavy machinery, making the ride completely silent and smooth. The material of the pads is resistant to ultraviolet light, abrasion by studded tires, aggressive salts and temperature jumps from severe frosts to summer heat.
3 Absolute waterproofing: The overlays are integrated with a specialized HYDROFLEX waterproofing tape, which completely seals the joint and protects the internal components of the overpass from leaks.
