ProElast system for external sealing of seams and joints at construction sites, it consists of a high-quality EPDM membrane ProElast 1.5 = 750mm and a universal one-component adhesive sealant InnoElast. The materials of this system are highly resistant to UV radiation. The system of protection of seams from water — Proelast system (ProElast-System) a registered system designed to seal working seams, seams of intentional rupture and deformation seams from soil moisture, water without pressure, periodically rising water and water under pressure. It is used for waterproofing working, directional and deformation joints in monolithic and prefabricated structures with increased requirements for water resistance.The ProElast theme is for the external sealing of seams and joints in construction objects, it consists of a high—quality EPDM membrane and a universal one-component adhesive sealant InnoElast. The materials of this system are highly resistant to UV radiation. It is used for waterproofing working, directional and deformation joints in monolithic and precast reinforced concrete structures with increased requirements for water resistance. Also, the ProElast system can be used to seal seams, cracks and ruptures of roof structures, shafts and tanks. The ProElast system can withstand a maximum water pressure of 2 bars (which corresponds to 20 m of water column). InnoElast sealant can be used at the temperature of the building element -3 C. InnoElast can be used for the rehabilitation of deformation seams and road surface seams. Mechanical fasteners such as clamping tires, dowels or flanges are not required for fixing the system. Thus, the system can be used for the arrangement of seams in the abutments of buildings.

Due to its high resistance to UV radiation, the system can be used on high-rise construction sites. Mechanical fastening of the membrane or its edges is not required.
The system of sealing seams from water is used to seal working seams, seams of directional rupture and deformation seams from soil moisture, from water without pressure, from periodically rising water, as well as from water under pressure.
This system is resistant to UV rays and can be used in multi-storey high-rise construction. There is no need for mechanical fastening of the membrane edges with flanges or other mechanical fasteners.
The Proelast membrane is a printed membrane based on vulcanized ethylene propylene rubber EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene-copolymer) for sealing joints in concrete structures.
InnoElast is a one—component adhesive and sealing compound based on a silane-modified polymer that hardens into an elastic product upon contact with moist air, used for sealing horizontal and vertical joints in concrete structures. It has the ability to self-leveling (self-leveling), as well as high chemical resistance, which allows using this product in horizontal seams as a durable, elastic filler for temperature, technological and false seams with a maximum deformation of up to 10%.
Sealing of expansion joints:
The system can be used as a sealing of deformation seams with an initial width of up to 20mm, subject to rarely repeated slow deforming loads, as well as in the seams of impassable parts of structures. Simultaneous change of the seam width and its shift should not exceed 50% of the original joint width.
Before laying a system with a membrane width of 300 mm or more, it is necessary to ensure the protection of the sealant, for example, by using a backfill or ensuring the distance to the formwork. The installation of the system takes place in the same way as when sealing the working seams. The inner and outer corners are sealed with membrane segments prepared in advance for them. The system is glued to the entire surface of the corner. It is necessary to pay attention so that in the joint area there is no gluing of the adhesive mass with the parts of the backfill.
Special cases of application of the system:
Deformation and separation seams can be performed by analogy with the usual way of arranging the transition of the seam, with the additional use of a round scoring profile. When laying the material on a surface made of brick, it should be pre-treated with a special sealing sludge (application in two layers). The holes for laying pipes or cables must be protected by a sealing cuff and provided with a funnel-shaped connecting element.

InnoElast does not contain solvents, silicones and isocyanates. Before starting to work with the material, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the recommendations and safety instructions described in the safety data sheet. When working with materials that are not subject to mandatory labeling but are chemical products, appropriate precautions must be observed. InnoElast Typ contains aminosilanes that can cause allergic reactions.

Як правильно використовувати систему?
Герметизація робочих швів, що утворилися мимовільних швів, а також швів, що з'явилися внаслідок навмисного ослаблення тіла бетону.
Клей InnoElast видавлюється на очищену поверхню з ручного пістолета (патрон ємністю 600мл) у вигляді синусоїди товщиною шару в 15 мм.при укладанні з бляшаного відра, клей дістається і наноситься на поверхню безпосередньо зубчастим шпателем. Розподіл клейової маси по поверхні необхідно здійснювати зубчастої стороною шпателя (зубчастість В3) до утворення рівномірного шару ОК.1,5 мм завтовшки. Мембрана ProElast укладається на шар клейової маси і вдавлюється в неї за допомогою жорсткого валика, який слід переміщати від внутрішньої сторони до зовнішнього краю мембрани. Ступінь тиску на валик повинна бути обрана таким чином, щоб з одного боку видалити з-під мембрани залишки повітря і, з іншого, не допустити видавлювання клейової маси з-під мембрани. Надлишки клею необхідно видалити з поверхні перед остаточним закладенням країв мембрани.
З'єднання кінців мембрани повинно здійснюватися внахлест ОК.100 мм шляхом повного склеювання по всій поверхні.
Розміри мембрани ProElast повинні відповідати розмірам і формі шва і бути заздалегідь підготовлені. Ширина мембрани вибирається відповідно до мети застосування. У разі застосування системи при герметизації від води під тиском, мембрана повинна мати ширину не менше 300мм. у зоні стику «фундаментна плита-стіна», де фундаментна плита має виступ, мембрана повинна бути покладена аж до торцевої сторони фундаментної плити на відстань не менше 100мм.
Останнім етапом укладання системи є обробка кінців мембрани. Їх закладення відбувається за допомогою InnoElast таким чином, щоб не залишилося жодного вільного краю мембрани. Шви і поверхні, оброблені системою і знаходяться в зоні майбутнього контакту з землею, необхідно захистити від механічного пошкодження, можливого при процесі заповнення котловану землею.
