Grille Inovgreen IP40 - Lawn and parking grill Inovgreen IP40 is a flexible product that adapts to the surface where it will be laid. The IP40 eco-grid has a system of fasteners along the entire length of the sides, which forms a continuous structure when connected. It works very well as a reinforcement for all kinds of slopes, ledges and drainage ditches. Also used in green parking lots with low traffic.

Stage 1. Soil preparation

After removing the top layer of soil, we fill the building site with a well-drained gravel or crushed stone mixture, compact everything. For better stabilization of this layer, the surface can be pre-lined with construction non-woven material or geotextile. The bearing layer should have a thickness of 20 cm, in case of preparation of the site for a road surface for passenger cars, and up to 50 cm for a road surface for trucks.

Stage 2. Leveling layer

Level the surface of the previously prepared bearing layer with geotextile to ensure the separation of the layers. Then cover the area with gravel or a mixture of sand and gravel. The leveling layer should be 2-3 cm thick.

Stage 3. Laying the grids

• INOVGREEN Park (IP) grids are laid starting from the corner of the building site, leaving a compensator 2-5 cm from the edge. We lay the first lattices with the "women's" hooks facing outwards. Then we add more lattices and, pressing with our feet, connect the protrusions. Continue stacking while standing on the already placed grids. Stabilize the surface with a vibrator or roller.

Stage 4. Filling

• Aggregate: Fill the grates with gravel or other aggregate. It is recommended to fill the aggregate 1-2 cm above the grid surface.
• Grass: Fill the trellis with soil, a mixture of peat and sand, or other material suitable for grass. For best results, mix the grass seed with the substrate before filling the grid. The grass must take root well before making the project area accessible to traffic.

NON-STANDARD METHODS OF SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

In special cases, when intensive use of the area covered with nets is not expected, a simplified method of land preparation can be used.
1. Remove vegetation and topsoil approximately 7 cm thick (depending on surface type).
2. If desired, cover the surface with construction fabric.
3. Pour an even layer of gravel-sand mixture with a thickness of at least 3 cm and lightly tamp it. Then the surface is lined with nets and filled as intended.

ALTERNATIVE TO USING INOVGREEN PARK IP GRIDS

If there is a need to quickly stabilize the green area and heavy traffic is not expected, you can use the fast and efficient method of laying INOVGREEN IP grids.
1. Turn over the panel of four pre-connected IP grids "leaves".
2. Place the first panel, pressing it slightly against the lawn. Then we add and connect by pressing another panel of lattices, turned in the same way.
3. If necessary, the grid can be easily cut to the desired shape.
