Installation:

Installation of vinyl panels is relatively simple and may include the following steps:

• Determine the installation height of the wall covering.
• Wall preparation: removal of old facing materials, primer and leveling of the surface.
• Measurements and Markings: Accurate measurements and markings for proper panel distribution.
• Trimming Panels: If you need to trim the bumper, use a hacksaw or utility knife and a metal ruler.
• Make sure the wall is dry and clean.
• Remove all unevenness of the wall for best results.
• Fastening: panels can be fixed to the wall using glue, screws or special fasteners.
• Before applying the glue, wipe both sides of the bumper to make sure the surfaces are free of dust and dirt.
• Apply glue only to the surface of the wall, use a D2 or B3 spatula to spread the glue. It is recommended to use water-based contact adhesive (KIILTO EXTRA, DENLAKS TK-580). Consumption of 300-350 g of glue for every 1 m2.
• Allow the glue to harden, under normal conditions it will take 10 to 15 minutes. However, the duration of hardening depends on temperature and humidity.
• Important: Read the specification of the adhesive or other adhesives before starting application.
• Place the baffle sheet on the wall, align and press it into place by hand.
• Roll the bumper strip using a pressure roller. Start folding in the center of the sheet and move to the edges. After installation, remove excess glue.

With proper installation and care, vinyl panels can serve for a long time, effectively protecting walls from damage.
