Hydraulic shponka BP 320 are designed for waterproofing of working (technological) joints of concrete structures between a horizontal base plate and a vertical load-bearing wall, or formed during a break in concreting. Hydroshpons are used in hydraulic structures: reservoirs, canals, dams, pools, etc., as well as for waterproofing joints of foundations, foundations, tunnels, multi-level parking lots and other underground structures. They are made of thermoplastic elastomer TPE (EPDM) or plasticized PVC-p polyvinyl chloride.

  • it is used when concreting monolithic reinforced concrete structures is interrupted
  • in particularly important constructions , it is complemented by an external hydraulic spar
  • the presence of ribs on the locking plane prevents the penetration of moisture into the structure
  • it can be used in structures with special requirements to ensure tightness
  • withstands high water pressure inside and outside
  • with ease of installation, it is suitable for all types of structures
  • It is delivered in rolls of 25 m.p.

The Protex BP 320 hydraulic gasket is a reliable solution for waterproofing work seams in concrete structures. It is designed for use in various hydraulic structures such as reservoirs, canals, dams, pools and more. Our hydraulic pads are made of high-quality thermoplastic elastomer TPE (EPDM) or plasticized PVC-p polyvinyl chloride. They have unique properties that allow them to withstand high water pressure both outside and inside the structure. The Protex BP 320 hydraulic shutters have ribs on the locking plane, which effectively prevent moisture from entering the structure. This makes them an ideal choice for special requirements where tightness is paramount. We also offer an external hydraulic gasket to provide additional protection in particularly important structures. Installation of the Protex BP 320 hydraulic shutters is simple and convenient. They are suitable for all types of structures and are supplied in convenient rolls with a length of 25 meters. Protect your concrete structures from water with the help of a reliable Protex BP 320 hydraulic shutter. Be sure of their durability and effectiveness!

The unique BP 320 hydraulic gasket from Protex is a reliable solution for waterproofing concrete structures. Composed of thermoplastic elastomer TPE (EPDM) or plasticized PVC-p polyvinyl chloride, it provides reliable protection of working seams from moisture penetration and tightness in all conditions. This hydraulic gasket is ideal for hydraulic structures such as reservoirs, canals, dams, pools, as well as for joints of foundations, foundations, tunnels, multi-level parking lots and other underground structures. Our product is also recommended for use during a break in the concreting of monolithic reinforced concrete structures, and an external hydraulic gasket is provided for special tightness requirements. The advantages of the BP 320 hydraulic shutter are convincing: the presence of ribs on the locking plane provides impermeability and protection from moisture inside and outside, it withstands high water pressure and is easily mounted in any structure. In addition, the product is delivered in rolls 25 meters long, which simplifies the installation process. By choosing the BP 320 hydraulic gasket from Protex, you get a reliable and effective waterproofing solution that will exceed your expectations. Do not miss the opportunity to ensure the reliability and durability of your design with our unique product.

How do I install a hydraulic shutter?

The hydraulic shutter is installed in the design position, so that the middle of the hydraulic shutter is located in the center of the intended seam.

The fastening is made directly to the formwork. Holes for fasteners are allowed to be made only in the extreme zone of the hydraulic gasket, behind the extreme anchor. The mounting pitch is 200-300 mm, symmetrically on both sides. Additional fastening is also performed to the reinforcing frame with knitting wire. The key connection is made by welding, by heating the ends of the key in a special conductor (for each key there is an individual conductor) or using an industrial hair dryer or a flat heating element. The temperature of the spike is about 200 ° C (selected experimentally). To connect the dowels by the "cold" method, glue is used, for example, a one-component paste-like glue based on
silane modified polymer Innoellast.
