PPE harness 8 mm – sealing harness made of foamed polyethylene. Produced by foaming polyethylene granules. The foaming process occurs using hydrocarbon extrusion under high pressure. In this process, special foaming agents are added. Cylindrical strands are made of different diameters from 6mm to 60mm using a press. After cooling and polymerization, the bundle retains its desired shape and is ready for use in structures for its intended purpose.
Application:

  • When installing an industrial floor
  • When installing window systems and structures
  • In industrial and private construction
  • Installation of internal and external engineering networks
  • In the furniture industry

The elasticity of polyethylene foam is maintained at low temperatures and does not deteriorate over time. The PPE tourniquet, after compression, quickly restores its original shape even after a long period of time. Polypropylene cord does not allow water and steam to pass through, therefore it is used in the joint insulation system for its intended purpose.
