  • The installation is similar for 120 and 160 mm hydraulic dowels.
  • The product is delivered in a cardboard package.
  • It contains a 120 VB1/VB2 connecting sheet roll, as well as mounting brackets and clips.
  • Remove the lower half of the protective film from the special coating.
  • Place the hydraulic gasket 120 VB1/VB2 in the center of the structure on the outer reinforcement frame.
  • Install the brackets (30 pcs/roll), the hydraulic gasket and fix them on the upper reinforcing layer using knitting wire.
  • PLEASE NOTE! For the 120 VB1 water slide, the coating must face the side of the water support!
  • The depth of laying in concrete should be at least 3cm and should not be more than half the height of the sheet metal (6cm).
  • The connection of the hydraulic gasket 120 VB1/VB2 between each other must be overlapped, overlap by at least 5 cm in the connection area.
  • To do this, the upper protective film must be glued to the connected area.

  • Press both ends tightly.
  • There should be no dirt on the adhesive surfaces that could interfere with bonding.
  • Fix the joint with one of the connecting clips and close the protective film back onto the special coating.
