The HP 200 PROTEX hydraulic gasket is used for sealing and waterproofing technological joints in monolithic construction of buildings, including foundations, underground parking lots, tunnels, canals, etc. They are mounted directly on the formwork sheet from the side of the expected water pressure. They are made of plasticized PVC-p polyvinyl chloride.

  • the shape allows it to be securely embedded in a concrete structure
  • the presence of ribs on the locking plane prevents the penetration of moisture into the structure
  • It is used when concreting monolithic reinforced concrete structures is interrupted
  • in particularly important structures, it is complemented by an internal hydraulic gasket
  • It can be used in structures with special requirements to ensure tightness
  • withstands high water pressure from the outside
  • easy to install, does not require changing the reinforcement frame
  • Suitable for all types of structures
  • It is supplied in rolls of 20 m.p.;

Installation procedure and rules:

  • The hydraulic shutter is installed in the design position, so that the middle of the hydraulic shutter is located in the center of the intended deformation seam.
  • The fastening is made directly to the formwork.
  • Holes for fasteners are allowed to be made only in the extreme zone of the hydraulic gasket, behind the extreme anchor.
  • The mounting pitch is 200-300 mm, symmetrically on both sides.
  • Additional fastening is also performed to the reinforcing frame with knitting wire.
  • The connection of the key is made by welding, by heating the ends of the key in a special conductor (for each key there is an individual conductor) or using an industrial hair dryer or a flat heating element.
  • The temperature of the spike is about 200 ° C (selected experimentally).
  • To connect the dowels by the "cold" method, glue is used, for example, a one-component paste-like glue based on the silane modified polymer InnoElas

The HP 200 hydraulic gasket from Protex is the most reliable and durable solution for sealing and waterproofing process joints in monolithic construction.

With its help, you can provide absolute protection for buildings, foundations, underground parking lots, tunnels, canals and much more.

Made of plasticized PVC-p polyvinyl chloride, our hydraulic gasket provides reliable tightness and protection from moisture.

Its special shape allows it to be easily and reliably embedded in a concrete structure, and the presence of ribs on the locking plane prevents moisture from entering the structure.

This hydraulic gasket is ideal for use during a break in the concreting of monolithic reinforced concrete structures.

In addition, in particularly important structures, it can be supplemented with an internal hydraulic gasket to ensure even greater tightness.

Our hydraulic shutter withstands high water pressure from the outside and is suitable for all types of structures.

The advantage of using it also lies in the ease of installation - it does not require changing the reinforcement frame and is easily mounted directly on the formwork sheet.

The Protex hydraulic shutter The HP 200 hydraulic shutter is supplied in convenient rolls with a length of 20 meters, which makes it easy and economical to use it in any construction projects.

Safety, reliability and ease of use are what make our hydraulic gasket the best choice to ensure the tightness and protection of your structures.

Build your design with the help of the Protex hydroshonk HP 200 Hydroshonk!

This reliable product is ideal for sealing and waterproofing process joints in monolithic construction of buildings, including foundations, underground parking lots, tunnels, canals and more.

We used only high-quality materials such as plasticized PVC-P polyvinyl chloride to ensure maximum tightness.

Our hydraulic shutter has a special shape that is easily integrated into the concrete structure, and the ribs on the locking plane prevent moisture from penetrating inside.

It can be used even during a break in the concreting of monolithic reinforced concrete structures, and in particularly important cases it is recommended to additionally use an internal hydraulic gasket to ensure complete tightness.

Our hydraulic shutter is able to withstand high water pressure from the outside, which makes it an ideal choice for structures with special requirements in tightness.

Its ease of installation does not require changes in the reinforcement cage and it is suitable for all types of structures. The product is delivered in convenient rolls 20 meters long.
