Жгут ППЭ 50 мм – это уплотнительный жгут из вспененного полиэтилена. Производится путем вспенивания гранул полиэтилена. Процесс вспенивания происходит методом экструзии под высоким давлением углеводородом. При этом в процессе добавляются специальные вспенивающие вещества. Жгуты цилиндрической формы изготавливаются разного диаметра от 6мм до 60мм с помощью пресса. После охлаждения и полимеризации жгут сохраняет заданную форму и готов к использованию в конструкциях по назначению.
