One-component colored elastic acrylic sealant for sealing gap seams in log houses

Scope:

• Sealing of gaps and cracks in log houses, wooden structures.
• Wood sealant: joints around doors and windows.
• Filling scratches and cracks in walls and ceilings, as well as in external facades.
• Connection of the corners of walls and ceilings.

Surface preparation:

The surface must be clean, dry and strong. Remove dust, cement residue or previous sealing materials. Stoneflex Industry Foam Cleaner is recommended for cleaning oily or greasy stains. In case of insufficient adhesion, apply Stoneflex Industry Wood primer to improve adhesion.

Application:

After preparing the surface, insert the tube of sealant into the gun, apply evenly to the seam, ensuring a tight fit of the material to the seam walls. After application, level and compact the sealant with a water-soaked tool (spatula). Protect the applied sealant from rain for 6 hours.

Transportation / storage:

The product can be stored for up to 24 months in a dry place at a temperature of +5 to +25 °C. Transportation at a temperature of up to -10 °C is allowed for no more than 3 weeks.

Notes / limitations:

• Do not apply on wet surfaces.
• Not suitable for surfaces based on PP, PE.
• Do not use for medical or food contact.
