Concrete reinforcement is one of the most important stages in the process of manufacturing concrete structures. When forming a reinforcement frame, reinforcement clamps are used, which are installed before pouring concrete onto or under the reinforcement. The clamps allow you to place the reinforcement at the right distance from the base and walls of the formwork.

If important concreting rules and regulations are followed, the strength and duration of use increases and the safety of construction increases. Rebar clamps greatly simplify the concreting process, maintain a uniform position of the reinforcement frame, create a protective layer, provide the necessary thickness of the protective layer, have anti-corrosion properties, prevent the ends of the reinforcement from reaching the surface, increase the strength of the structures being erected.

The material for the manufacture of fixers is secondary raw materials. Recycled plastic remains strong in future use. After all, they require the same quality from it as from ordinary plastic. It is not subject to corrosion and easily takes any shape, is not afraid of temperature changes, leaves resistance to high and low temperatures, does not deform.

The clamps are designed for fittings with a diameter of 8-16 millimeters. Typically, 5 to 10 fasteners per square meter are used. For reliable fixation of the reinforcement, it is recommended to use from 5 to 10 fasteners per square meter. The smaller the diameter of the reinforcement, the more clamps are used.

The fixers produced by Protex do not require special storage conditions. Depending on the type, they are packed in transparent plastic bags of 100, 200, 250, 500 pieces. They can be stored in a dry, clean warehouse, but avoid direct sunlight (ultraviolet).

The type and shape of the clamps are determined by their purpose and the location of the fittings in a monolithic structure.

 The "asterisk" fixers are used for the construction of vertical monoliths. The "asterisk" retainer is used for reinforcing vertical concrete structures – columns, pillars, walls and protects the reinforcement from displacement and touching the formwork. Retainers "rack" and "flooring" is used for the horizontal arrangement of fittings in the construction of foundations, industrial floors, floor slabs. Moreover, it should be borne in mind that the "rack" fixators are used on a rigid basis, and the "flooring" fixators when installing concrete self–leveling floors on crushed stone and non-solid or loose surfaces - sand, polystyrene, cotton wool. The "rack" retainer is made in the following sizes: universal stand 10-15, universal stand 20-25-30, stand 30/35, stand 50/8-24. The "cone" retainer is a plug that is fixed at both ends of the tube, forming through holes in the concrete for fixing the formwork. These clamps prevent concrete from entering the tube, which is tightly adjacent to the formwork surface. The "cone" retainer is used with a perforated PVC pipe d-25 and a pipe p/e d-25. The use of "cone" clamps prevents damage to the coupling screw when dismantling the formwork. The main advantage of the "cone" retainer is its reuse in the further construction of the formwork.

The zigzag fixing bar is used in monolithic construction in the reinforcement of floors and the manufacture of reinforced concrete slabs, for fixing reinforcement, reinforcement mesh with a protective coating layer from 15 to 25 mm. The main advantage is that the clamps are convenient to use on a large filling area. It is also used when laying concrete on a spike-shaped membrane. The locking bar "zigzag" withstands high loads.

a fiber-reinforced concrete retainer with the addition of short polypropylene fiber fibers is used in the installation of vertical and horizontal fittings to create a protective layer with a height of 35,40,50 mm. These fixers are indispensable for the construction of dams, dams, hydroelectric power plants, canals, reservoirs and other hydraulic structures, subway tunnels and railway tracks.
