The plank is used to create rounded elements in monolithic construction. Production becomes much easier and more economical, as the need to cut the finished column disappears. Thus, the production period of concrete products is reduced, the need for labor is reduced, and the need to use an expensive diamond wheel for finishing the finished product is eliminated. It is used in iron-concrete plants (ZHBK) specializing in the production of products made of iron-concrete (reinforced concrete). Chamfering machines are designed to create a chamfer (chamfered corner) on the product, in order to create more accurate corners and give an aesthetic appearance to the product. Also, the creation of a chamfer on the iron-concrete product prevents the crumbling of the corners.
