They are used for sealing and waterproofing movable joints in the monolithic construction of buildings, including foundations, underground parking lots, tunnels, canals, etc. The internal hydrospin is built directly into the body of the reinforcement frame. Hydrospins are used in hydraulic structures (reservoirs, canals, dams, swimming pools, etc.), as well as for waterproofing joints of foundations, foundations, tunnels, multi-level parking lots and other underground structures. They are made of thermoplastic elastomer TPE (EPDM) or plasticized polyvinyl chloride PVC-P.

Installation procedure and rules:

The hydraulic spar is installed in the design position, so that the middle of the hydraulic spar is located in the center of the intended deformation seam.

Fastening is made with the help of special clips or through holes on the edges of the key with knitting wire. Mounting pitch-200-300 mm, symmetrical on both sides. Fixing is made to the reinforcement frame and the formwork sheets.

The connection of the key made of PVC-p is made by soldering, by heating the ends of the key in a special conductor (for each key — an individual conductor) or using an industrial hair dryer. The temperature of the spike is about 200°C.

To connect the TPE dowels, a sealing adhesive is used, for example, a one-component paste-like adhesive based on the silane-modified polymer Innoellast.
